Oliveto celebrated by opening its doors on April 4, 2004, coinciding with the island's inaugural Formula One race. The opening was nothing short of festive, marking a night of double celebrations that would be remembered for years to come.

Eight years later, a fire destroyed all but the piano. Undeterred by this setback, Oliveto rose from the ashes, reopening in 2012 bigger, better and with a renewed spirit, continuing its legacy of fine dining experiences. The piano, restored, still stands!
